Terms — Voice Sample Submission

By clicking "Submit," you agree:

• Your voice sample is used only to evaluate eligibility for a paid voice recording project.

• This sample will not be used for AI training or commercial purposes without a separate signed agreement.

• We collect your name, email, and recording. We do not sell your application data.

• Non-selected samples are deleted within 30 days. 

• No compensation is provided for this submission.

• You confirm you are 18+, a US resident (excluding IL, TX, and WA), the voice is your own, and you agree to these terms.

• You confirm the recording contains no copyrighted material, no third-party content, and nothing illegal, defamatory, or harmful.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earn and Talk from any claims arising from your submission, including claims that your recording infringes any third-party rights.

• Earn and Talk provides this service "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for lost submissions, technical failures, or inability to participate. Our total liability shall not exceed $0 for any claim related to this submission process.

• You waive any right to bring a class action against Earn and Talk. Any dispute will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Delaware.
